This is a great apartment with quiet neighbors. It is so convenient to the football field and all that Manhappiness has to offer. The owners were great to work with. My only suggestion to those that stay here is to be ready for it to be warm or sleep with bedroom doors open. For the price, quality and cleanliness, this is a great VRBO!

Thank you for your feedback. When the AC was mentioned on the first evening, we followed up right away but didn’t receive additional details until the next morning, at which point outside temperatures had dropped significantly. Regarding hot water, we responded the same day and offered to come by to resolve it, and were informed shortly after that the issue had resolved. We always encourage guests to communicate any concerns during their stay so we can address them as quickly as possible. Parking pass return instructions are also provided in the welcome book at the property. We strive to provide a smooth and responsive experience for all guests.
