THE SHOWER HAD BLACKMOLD AROUND THE TUB . THE SHOWER WAS LOW TO DRAIN SO YOU WERE STANDING IN ANKLE DEEP WATER DURING THE SHOWER THE CENTER DIVERTOR FAUCET FALLS OFF WHEN USED THE CEILING ABOVE THE SHOWER WAS DAMAGED ONLY 4 SMALL BATH TOWELS NO WASHCLOTHS OR HANDTOWELS FAN IN MAIN BEDROOM ONLY WORKS WHEN LIGHT IS ON CANT OPERATE IT SEPERATLY. JUST OVERALL A VERY UNPLEASENT STAY I STAYED AS THE TOWN WAS ALL SOLD OUT ORTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE LEFT AFER THE FIRST NIGHT CONTACTED HOST EXPRESSED CONCERNS THEY THANKED ME TOOK THE LISTING DOWN AS FAR AS BEING AVAILABLE AND WHEN I REQUESTED A PARTIAL REFUND WAS TOLD SORRY WE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND AT THIS TIME IN OTHER WORDS IM SPENDING ALL MY MONEY TO FIX MY RENTAL SO I CAN PUT IT BACK ON THE MARKET AND NOT GET ANYMORE BAD REVIEWS

Convenient location for anyone visiting either Shands or UF. I needed a place on short notice to visit family at Shands and this was a great fit. Located in the back of a condominium complex it was a quiet area and felt very safe.If you need a place to sleep while in Gainesville I would recommend it. Not a big place but it is better than a hotel room in my opinion. Would rent again if I were in the area.
