Quiet Well Equipped Apartment with wide rural views

The apartment was very well equipped, clean and tidy and convenient for visiting the Harz Mountain area. We had beautiful weather the whole week we were there and enjoyed sitting on the balcony when we weren’t going for walks or visiting ancient towns. The apartment is not luxurious but more than adequate for a short holiday. Highly Recommended.

Wir waren zu dritt vor Ort um Auszeit zu genießen und ein wenig zu Wandern. Beides hat hervorragend funktioniert da das Wetter und die Unterkunft, welche direkt am Höhenwanderweg liegt, ihren Teil dazu beigetragen haben. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus ist großartig.

Sehr saubere Wohnung, Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch für schlechtes Wetter gibt es genügend Spielmöglichkeiten, Bücher und Videos in der Wohnung. Vom Balkon gibt es besten Ausblick in den Harz. Parkplatz und Garage ist vorhanden. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Aufenthalt beim Gastgeber.

Danke für die sehr freundliche Bewertung! Mit "Parkplatz" ist der öffentliche Parkplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite gemeint. Die nummerierten Stellplätze direkt vor dem Haus gehören zu den anderen Wohnungen und dürfen nicht benutzt werden. Hier bitte nur in der zur Wohnung gehörenden Garage Nr. 8 parken.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber und ordentlich und der Blick einmalig. Leider konnten wir den Balkon wetterbedingt kaum nutzen, aber auch vom Essolatz aus war der Blick genauso schön.

Toller Blick, gute Lage, viel Platz

Sehr gut ausgestattete große Wohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Die sehr ausführlichen Mail, die man nach der Buchung erhält, sollte man aber nicht erst am Tag der Anreise lesen. Denn irgendwo steht darin, dass man 2-3 Werktage vor der Anreise bei der Agentur anrufen soll. Die Agentur war aber nett und freundlich und hat dennoch alles prima erledigt. Wichtig zu wissen: die Mülltonnen sind abgeschlossen. Man braucht also den Schlüssel, den wir natürlich bei der Abreise wie gewünscht in der Wohnung zurückgelassen haben. Also: erst Müll wegbringen, dann die Wohnung räumen. Ansonsten alles perfekt!

Vielen Dank für die 5-Sterne-Bewertung! Der lange bei Buchung an die Gäste verschickte Text wird etwas verkürzt (ist in Arbeit). Gelegentlich übersehen die Feriengäste den im Wohnzimmer ausliegenden Hinweis: "Öffnen der Müllcontainer durch Hocklappen der Deckel (kein Schlüssel erforderlich)." Nur die Vorderseite der Boxen ist abgeschlossen.

OK für Kurzurlaub

Wohnung ist sauber, hat wirklich eine coole Aussicht und einen kleinen Balkon.Die Bettwäsche konnte modernisiert werden. Aber an Ausstattung fehle es uns an nichts. Das Einzige was auffiel: der Gastgeber sollte lernen auch wie einer aufzutreten. Er machte sich mehr sorgen über die Nachbarn als über uns.

Die Gäste hatten die Wohnung bis Sonntag gemietet. Am Vortag (Samstag) wurde ihnen vom Wohnungseigentümer per Mail mitgeteilt: "Da evtl. im Haus anwesende Eigentümer anderer Wohnungen immer viel Wert legen auf Ruhe am Sonntagmorgen, wäre es hilfreich, wenn Sie am Sonntag ausschlafen und erst gegen Mittag auschecken würden. Ich hoffe, dies ist auch in Ihrem Sinne."
