You can look forward to a very spacious and modernly furnished holiday apartment on the outskirts of Freyung in a quiet location with no through traffic. The 86 m² apartment features a kitchen-dining area, a living room (with a pull-out sofa bed), a bedroom, a bathroom, and two additional bedrooms (one with an additional sink). You’re sure to feel right at home in this bright apartment, which features two balconies, converted dormers, and fly screens on the windows and exterior doors.The parking space, TV, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, bed linens & towels, as well as the fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee pod machine—are available free of charge.The bathroom features a shower and bathtub, a hair dryer, and a travel-sized hair straightener ausgestattet.Im n the basement, you can use the in-house sauna (completely renovated in 2023) with a shower for a flat fee of 5 EUR per person per session. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site—please contact us in advance. Pets are allowed. A fee of 5.00 EUR per day for the pet will be charged on-site. A cot is available in the apartment. A visitor’s tax of 3 EUR for guests aged 16 and older, and 1.50 EUR per child aged 6–15 per day, will be charged separately on-site. Services included in the base price: final cleaning, bed linens and towels, Wi-Fi, parking. The apartment is located 750 m from shopping options (Lidl, dm, local bakery) and 2.5 km from the city centre, which features many restaurants, a cinema, museums, swimming pools, and various recreational activities—all accessible via pedestrian-friendly or low-traffic streets. It is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes in and around the Bavarian Forest National Park, featuring peaks such as Lusen and Rachel, as well as the wildlife park and the treetop trail. The entrance to the “Buchberger-Leite” nature paradise is right nearby, and the site of the previous garden show is 5 km away. Winter sports opportunities are available at the nearby Mitterdorf and Hochficht (Bohemian Forest) ski centers, as well as the children’s lifts at Solla in Freyung. Ice skating, curling, and sledding are also possible. The Mauth/Finsterau winter sports centre is just a 10-minute drive away. The holiday apartment in Haus Heidi can also be used as a teleworking space.
