The renovated farmhouse (150 m²) Villa Vallis on VinodolSun has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper floor. On the first floor is the living room with a wood-burning stove and the indoor kitchen, which is fully and tastefully equipped. The entire villa is air-conditioned and heated. In front of the villa is a covered, shaded courtyard (60 m²) with an outdoor kitchen and an open-air grill that can also rotate a suckling pig using a motor. In front of the courtyard, you’ll find the lounge and dining area under grapevines, as well as the pool. Overlooking it all is the “Sundowner” bench with a view of the sea. The villa is completely separate from the other units and has its own entrance. The furnishings are of very high quality and almost entirely custom-made by a carpenter.

The pool is available for the exclusive use of Villa Vallis guests.
The 1,000 m² property is fenced and offers excellent privacy. Brand new in 2022 is the garden sauna for exclusive use.

New for 2022 is the free-to-use tennis court (grass court), which we built for guests of Villa Mediterran and Vallis.
