The property guarantees absolute privacy, a well-kept garden with games for children and a panoramic terrace for outdoor dining. Next to the private pool is an outbuilding with a cozy lounge with smart TV and refrigerator for drinks and aperitifs by the pool. The villa is spread over 2 floors and is divided into 4 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms and an independent double room with direct access from the garden. The 2 apartments on the 1st floor are connected and equipped with air conditioning. On the first floor there is a dining room overlooking the panoramic terrace. Mosquito nets on all windows and private bathrooms in all bedrooms provide extra comfort. A laundry room and service bathroom are located in the outbuilding.

The property is fully fenced and has a parking space. Thanks to its location, this accommodation allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside with your children or spend wonderful days at the beach, visiting the most beautiful resorts with numerous sandy beaches well equipped for children. For example, visit Porto Recanati (49 km) or Civitanova Marche (53 km). Gourmets will find a wide choice of restaurants and typical food and wine. Nature lovers should not miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful Lake Cingoli (10 km) for carpfishing and boat rides or the water park, the Frasassi Caves (38 km), the majestic Monte del Conero (46 km) and the Sibillini Mountains National Park (73 km).

Mehr schlecht als recht

Das Haus liegt phantastisch und hat einen tollen Rundumblick in die schönen Marken. Leider ist das Haus sehr lieblos ausgestattet und das Gelände ungepflegt. Der Pool war dreckig, verlor stetig Wasser und der Roboter kaputt. Die Küchenausstattung mehr als mager! Alte verkratzte Töpfe und Pfannen, die nicht einmal für eine 8 köpfige Gruppe reichten. Pasta kochen war eine Herausforderung! Die Schränke vollgestopft mit Resten anderer Gruppen. Das komplett zusammen gewürfelte Geschirr auf einem Tisch abgestellt und mit einer Tischdecke abgedeckt Warum? Alles in allem hinterlässt das Haus einen sehr lieblosen Eindruck. Schade, um die schöne Immobilie! Hier scheint es jemand nicht nötig zu haben…. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nicht wieder hier her!
