Continuing in the outdoor area you will find a large park where children can play and have fun, and large green areas with trees of lime trees, olive trees and ash trees where you can relax.
In the house you will find on the ground floor a large room with an antique fireplace where you can eat all together, and a professional kitchen available to prepare your dishes. The ground floor includes a service bathroom with washing machine available
On the first floor there are 9 double bedrooms all with an en-suite bathroom.
The house is only 2 km from the center of San Severino where you will find supermarkets, butchers, bakery, bars, restaurants, etc. ..
The villa is a thirty minute drive from the sea.
