Stone Farmhouse with Private Pool

Mia casa nelle Marche is a pretty, detached stone farmhouse completely refurbished and situated in an elevated rural position with breathtaking views over two valleys. It is fitted and equipped to accommodate six people in three bedrooms, with three shower rooms, Lounge, kitchen/dining room and utility room. All modern conveniences are installed, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, LED-screen an Cromecast. All bedrooms have portable fans and all windows are fitted with insect screens. There is a bbq and three terraces for alfresco meals. The grounds extend to approx. one acre laid mainly to olive grove/wild flower meadow, and include a private 10m swimming pool. A particular feature of the house is that the spectacular views are obtainable from every room. There is wireless internet connection inside and on the outdoor terracces.

Beautiful house, big garden and nice pool. The house is very well equipped, obviously a place used by the owners themselves. Very quiet surroundings, a car is indispensable. Lots of things to see and do within driving distance 1h. Good road biking territory. Jan is super friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, highly recommended for those who want to stay away from the coastal hotspots.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage inmitten der Berge mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und es ist ein großer Pool mit dabei.

Ein wunderschön in den Hügeln von Marken gelegenes Haus mit Pool. Wunderbar renoviert mit offenen Balkendecken mit 3 SZ und 3 Bädern, wovon wir aber zu Dritt nur eines benutzt haben. 2 Terassen mit herrlichem Blick, eine durch Überdachung gut beschattet. Toller Poolservice, da die Reinigung zwei mal die Woche von Firma erfolgt. Der bei Ankunft kaputte Sonnenschirm am Pool wurde sofort ersetzt. Anfahrt ist tricki, Standortkoordinaten des Hauses wären hilfreich, da Google Route ungenau. Wir würden gerne nochmals dort Urlaub machen, dann möglichst 3 Wochen!

Good house and needs more attention to details.

The location of the house is good and the surroundings are beautiful. Details are the issue; for instance, there isn't enough shade for the sitting areas outside. There are umbrellas, but it's pretty sunny. The toilets had stains and needed a better cleaning before guests arrived; the bathrooms had empty soap containers. The towels weren't the greatest and there were no extras for the pool. The pool is great, however. It's just as you see in the pictures with little shade. With 90 degree temps, the house gets hot and it's hard to sleep since there's no a/c. We ended up leaving a day early because it was too hot to enjoy it and we couldn't sleep. The kitchen is equipped with basic requirements, although there were no tablecloths or napkins. There are plastic place mats only, which weren't very clean upon our arrival. We like to spend most of our time outside so we missed some comfortable chairs and and good outside furniture. There is a place to park but it's a little hard to get into and quite short. It would be great if there was a printed copy of the instructions at the house to refer to. We had a hard time getting into the WIFI and eventually figured it out ourselves. In sum, the house is in a beautiful location, is dry and open, but needs a few more comforts.

Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Angebotsbeschreibung trifft genau zu, die Küchenausstattung ist gehoben. Von den Terrassen hat man einen umwerfenden Blick. Der Pool ist einfach herrlich! Er wird wöchentlich zweimal gereinigt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Tolentino, ein kleinerer Laden ist in Paterno, ca. 5 km vom Haus entfernt. Die Marken sind für einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub sehr gut geeignet; die Orte sind nett und touristisch nicht überlaufen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wundervoller Ort

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche in diesem wundervollen Haus in den Marken. Es war alles genau so wie auf den Fotos. Ruhig, mit unglaublichem Blick und allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Very nice house!

We spend the hollidays with 2 adults and 3 kids. The house is wel equipped and spacious enough. The pool was nice aswel. The location is quiet and has a wonderful view. With the heat it was nice and also necessary that you can make use of the fans. Although the upstairs bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, the first night we were pretty devastated by the local mosquitoes. The second night we closed the shutters on the windows and things got better. The Marche is a truly magical spot in Italy. If you enjoy a holliday in an unspoilt area you should definately pay a visit to Le Marche.

Vacanza perfetta all'insegna del relax

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa meravigliosa casa con piscina da cui ci aspettavamo tanto. Siamo rimasti a bocca aperta davanti alla bellezza della casa, del giardino, della piscina e del paesaggio. È tutto perfetto per chi come noi voleva staccare completamente e vivere una settimana perfetta. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve compreso il barbecue fuori il microonde dentro assieme alla Dayson per le pulizie e wifi e Chromecast. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno di niente. La piscina e perfetta per grandezza, posizione e per le scale che aiutano i bambini più piccoli. Il giardino è meraviglioso per stendersi a prendere il sole ma anche per giocare....insomma un paradiso in cui abbiamo già deciso di tornare. Abbiamo anche visitato Tolentino, urbisaglia e San ginesio che distano a 15 minuti massimo in auto. Un'esperienza meravigliosa condita da una vista che rilassa solo a ripensarla

Lovely remote house in Italian hills

The house is pretty much as described. It is clean, roomy, and well equipped. The pool was covered and unusable (in October). The house is well out in the country and a little hard to find. It would be ideal for a family of with 2 to 4 children wanting a vacation get away in the summer when the pool is open

Rust en landschap

Het huis bij Tolentino heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Je kunt afhankelijk van je wensen in de zon of schaduw zitten met een prachtig uitzicht je hoort niets dan het ruisen van de wind, de vogels, krekelks of een boer on de verte. Het zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Als je langer dan een week verblijft is er een extra schoonmaakbeurt. De slaapkamers hebben horren en ventilatoren, maar desondanks waren er veel muggen en kon het snachts erg warm zijn. De Marken is mooi en charmant. Wie toeristische stadjes en winkeltjes zoekt, komt minder aan zojn trekken. Wij hebben een prima bakantoe gehad. De weg naar het huisj is onvethard en vrij steil,

My late wife and I bought the house in December 2011.

I retired in 2022 and stay in the house myself part of the year. I try to spend May, June, September and October in Italy, and let out the house to summer guests in July and August.

Why they chose this property

After having spent our summer holidays in Tuscany for nearly twenty years,we wanted to try something new and decided to spend our 2011 holiday in Le Marche. We instantly loved the area, the landscape and the quietness. With the help of a good real estate agent, we looked at quite a few properties. When we finally found the house in Sant´Angelo, we knew it was perfect for us, the size, the very quiet position and the magnificent views. I have loved staying in Le Marche ever since.

What makes this property unique

The olive grove with the wild flowers is beautiful. There is a fabulous view from every window, three out door terraces and a lovely pool. The trees at the outskirts of the land makes one feel quite secluded.

The house was built from a ruin in 2003 and has been very well taken care of by the previous owners.
