Villa Orrizonti - dream in Italy

A perfect location for your vacation! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool of 10x5 and beautifully landscaped garden. As the name says: beautiful views from home and swimming pool. Only 30 'from the coast and the Sibillini national park.

Beautifully restored country house, with authentic elements such as the terracotta floors and beams in ceilings. However, all comfort is present. The large windows to garden and pool make the rooms very light and spacious.
On the ground floor: cozy spacious living room, dining room with large window that opens completely to the pool, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious rooms, one with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds. In addition, 2 bathrooms.
In an outbuilding there is an additional room with double bed and bathroom.

The house is in a quiet location in the beautiful Marche countryside, at the end of a 400-meter private road. With spacious garden, where you can enjoy fresh fruit and large lawn for children to play or to sunbathe quietly! The swimming pool is 10 x 5, with a separate section where small children can play safely.
In addition to the pool, the patio offers plenty of shade on warm days, for a tasty Italian lunch or barbecue
Garden furniture, pillows and towels available for all guests!
Enjoy the beautiful views!

Garden and pool are regularly maintained, and every week home is polished! During your stay, our property manager can provide additional services.
Towels and bed linen is available.

Villa Orizzonti is a lovely house in a remote setting - far from the madding crowd, which is just how we like it. The facilities were great and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Why they chose this property

Le Marche is the real Italy, not crowded by tourists. Full of beautiful old towns , all worth a visit. At half an hour drive you reach the Sibillini mountains national park, and half an hour to the other direction you can spend a lovely day at the sea !

What makes this property unique

Close to all you need and yet so quiet ! The region is full of places worth a short trip or longer daytrip, or take your mountainbike to explore. After your trip you can enjoy the views at the pool. Make a chat with the shepherd if he comes along, or have a barbecue with all the nice food Italian has to offer.
