The property has been carefully restored by its owners to a good standard and is perfect for a large family or group of friends wanting relaxation in a picturebook rural Marche.

Beautiful House

We had a verry plessant stay in this wonderful house, it is large but cozy, the pool is big enough for 7 persons. Rita, the lady of the house is the sweetest. We would love to go back there sometimes.

Villa Daniela

A glamorous old villa with the accommodation on the first floor. Beautiful views and extensive gardens. Large rooms. We enjoyed the villas Italian furnishings, marble floors older style kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds. Rita the very kind key holder speaks as limited English as I do Italian but we managed to communicate adequately. The sparkling pool was welcome in the heat of the day and the villages butchers coffee shops and grocers catered to our needs. An enjoyable stay

Authentieke Italiaanse villa in mooi bergdorpje

De gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben een mooi en zeer ontspannen verblijf gehad. Het centrum van het bergdorp (met o.a. koffiebar, restaurant, café en winkel) ligt op loopafstand (ca. 10 minuten).De omgeving is prachtig.

Topplek!

Wij waren er met 8 personen, 2 families met 2 kinderen (tieners) en een hondje. Dat was precies goed. Rita (de keyholder) is een hele lieve vrouw die ons af en toe verrastte met lekkere croissants en als we haar nodig hadden was ze snel ter plekke. Waar je rekening mee moet houden, niet persé minpunten: - als de (af)wasmachine aan staat kun je niet de waterkoker gebruiken, er is één elektragroep, maar Rita komt snel te hulp als het per ongeluk toch gebeurt. - er is één badkamer met douchecabine en 1 badkamer met handdouche (in badkuip). - Rond het zwembad is een houten hekje geplaatst ivm veiligheid voor kleine kinderen (staat niet op de foto), als je geen kleine kinderen hebt kan er op twee plekken een groot stuk van het hek open gezet worden, het is dus geen belemmering. Je kunt er ook fijn je handdoeken over laten drogen. Fijn: Er zijn genoeg handdoeken, ook voor het zwembad. Als je twee weken blijft, krijg je halverwege je verblijf nieuwe lakens en handdoeken. Ook fijn is dat er een leuke bar en lekkere restaurants op loopafstand zijn.

Wunderschöne Villa in den Marken

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen mit zwei Familien einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub . Die alte geräumige Villa liegt wunderschön gelegen in einem alten eingewachsenen und sehr großen Garten. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich liebevoll um Ihre Gäste, der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und die Einrichtung vom Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll. Die nahe gelegene Straße ist kaum befahren. Nachts ist es völlig ruhig. Nochmals vielen Dank an Rita für den schönen Aufenthalt in den Marken.

Fantastic villa

The villa and surroundings are fantastic and tastefully decorated. Beautiful views, terraces, pool and great for the dog. The owner Rita who welcomed us was very nice also.
