Seaview at its best

Everything in the apartment was in perfect working condition. The landlady Antonija is a very helpful and friendly person. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed our stay in Stara Baska very much. I can really recommend this accommodation.

Tiszta, jól felszerelt szállás, csodálatos tengerre néző kilátással.

Minden szuper volt, a szállásadó rövid videót küldött arról, hogy merre találjuk a szállást és hogy hol tudunk parkolni, így könnyen odataláltunk. Közel és ingyen tudtunk parkolni. A teraszról gyönyörű rálátás nyílt a tengerre. A legjobb strandokhoz autót használtunk, gyalog messze lettek volna. A szállás tiszta volt és illatos, a konyha is nagyon jól felszerelt volt, külön örültünk, hogy 2 fürdőszoba is van a 2 szobához. Mi nagyon szerettük és másoknak is szivesen ajánlom! :)

Fazit: Absolut zu empfehlen. Gastgeberin ist ausgeprochen freundlich ud zuvorkommend.

Wir waren in 07/2024 für 2 Wochen hier. Perfekt für größere Familie, da zwei Badezimmer. Traumhafter Meerblick vom App 2 im Dachgeschoss. Klimatisierung funktioniert klasse. Alles in der Wohnung vorhanden (Kühl-Gefrierschrank-Kombi, Wäscheständer, Sonnenschirm, zwei Paar Handtücher pro Person). Kochen mit Gasherd war problemlos. Zum Haus-Strand müssen ca. 50 Höhenmeter überwunden werden, davon ca. 100 Treppenstufen und ein steilerer Weg. Nichts für Kinderwagen etc. Haus-Strand hat sogar eine Süsswasserquelle. Das ist absolut ideal zum Reinigen von Schwimmutensilien etc. nach dem Meer. Wenn man vom Hausstrand Richtung Punat schwimmt, gibt es nach ca. 100 m einige kalte Einspeisungen von den Felsen in das Meer (Grundwasser). Gefühlt ca 15 Grad. Nach links Richtung Hafen Stara Baska ist das nicht so. Unbedingt Schwimmschuhe etc. mitnehmen, da viele Seeigel im Wasser. Ideale Bedingungen zum stundenlangen Schnorcheln (auch im Hochsommer mit Shorty!) mit Sehen von Sepia und Oktopus in nur 1,5 m Tiefe. Sichtweiten unter Wasser ca. 20-30 m. Zu dem Haus gehören vier Parkplätze, zwei liegen direkt vor dem Haus, zwei weitere ca. 50 m entfernt. Hier kann man auch mit einem großen Auto (Transporter) hervorragend parken. Problemloser Zugang zu weiteren Stränden in der Umgebung mit dem Auto möglich.

Entspannen in einem ruhigen Ort am Meer

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen und hat eine schöne Sicht auf das Meer. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Man ist in ca. 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer, der Auf- und Abstieg ist relativ steil. Das Meer ist sehr klar und wunderschön, die Buchten sind klein und ruhig.
