Cozy apartment with a great view from the terrace over the countryside

Our basement apartment is located in the Schwarzwaldblick holiday complex in Obertal, Schonach, and offers 45 square metres of space for 2–3 people. <br>In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable in the sofa area or the dining area. <br>For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV (cable TV) and a stereo system (CD player). In the closet, you’ll also find a small selection of books and board games<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans, pots, bowls, baking dishes, coffee filters, as well as a refrigerator, electric stove (oven; 4 hotplates), microwave, coffee maker, hand mixer, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. <br>Of course, you’ll also find useful items such as a garlic press, a cheese grater, tea filters, dish sponges, and dish soap……<br>In the bedroom, which is separated from the living room by sliding doors, two beds invite you to relax. A wide sleeper sofa in the living room is available for a third person.<br>The bathroom features a bathtub with a glass shower enclosure. You don’t need to pack a hair dryer—we have one for you.<br>To help you get the most out of your holiday, we’ve put together a wealth of informational materials. Hiking maps are, of course, included.<br>From the terrace (south-facing, with patio furniture), you can enjoy a magnificent view of Schonach and the Black Forest mountains. <br>The apartment comes with a parking space.<br>Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Unfortunately, due to negative experiences, we have also had to decide not to allow pets. We are also unable to offer Wi-Fi access.<br>The price includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating), bed linens, bath and kitchen towels, and final cleaning. For a group of 4 guests, there is an additional charge of 10 € per day.<br>A visitor’s tax of 3.00 € per day per person is payable on site and must be remitted by us to the tourist office of the municipality of Schonach.
