Retreat to a luxurious primary suite featuring a king-size adjustable Tempur-Pedic bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a relaxing spa bathtub and an oversized shower. A massive walk-in closet offers ample hanging space and additional dresser drawers, while a Roku TV provides easy entertainment.

The second bedroom features a mid-century modern design with a queen-size adjustable Tempur-Pedic bed, a comfortable reading chair, and its own Roku TV. The third bedroom is perfect for additional guests with two twin beds and a large closet.

Both guest rooms share a conveniently located second bathroom with a shower-tub combination. Both showers in the home are equipped with Jolie filtered shower heads, designed to soften the water and nourish your skin and hair after a day of exploring the desert.

For those working remotely, the fourth room serves as a dedicated home office and cozy reading nook.

The heart of the home is a spacious, open-concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, allowing your group to socialize effortlessly between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary need—including olive oil and basic seasonings—with seating for six at the dining table and two additional spots at the breakfast bar. In the living room, sink into the oversized sectional to enjoy the 65" Roku TV.

Step outside to the private patio to relax on the outdoor sectional, fire up the grill, or gather around the fire pit to watch the sunset over the mountains.

House Rules

No Smoking or Vaping!
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
• Vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• This is a strictly non‑smoking property.

No Pets
• No pets of any kind are allowed.
• This is a hypoallergenic home, and maintaining that environment is essential. There are severe animal allergies within the family.


No Parties or Gatherings!
• To respect the peaceful enjoyment of our neighbors, parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed.
• Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Additional Fees for Violations
A $1000 cleaning fee will be charged for any of the following:
• Smoking or vaping violations
• Bringing pets
• Hosting a party or gathering
These violations will also result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Guest Limit
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• Occasionally, additional guests may be approved with advance request only.
• All guests names and dates of birth must be provided prior to arrival.

Cleaning & Home Environment
• Fragrance‑free laundry detergent is provided.
• Non‑toxic cleaners and essential‑oil‑based air fresheners are used throughout the home to maintain a healthy environment.
