This charming two-storey house features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with two single beds each), 3 full bathrooms and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests.
For year-round comfort, the villa has 4 heating/cooling units in the bedrooms to adjust the temperature to your liking. Electric radiators can also be provided on request. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, TV, washing machine, cot and high chair.
The highlight is the private outdoor area: a perfect space to unwind, with a balcony, covered and open terraces, garden, pool, outdoor shower and barbecue. Start your day with coffee on the terrace enjoying the views, or cool off in the pool while gazing at the sea. There’s also a ping-pong table for your leisure.
The location is ideal: just a 7-minute walk to the centre of S’Horta with restaurants, shops, pharmacy and supermarket. Porto Colom is only a 9-minute drive away, as is Cala Marçal beach (5.5 km). Palma de Mallorca Airport is about 48 minutes by car (54.8 km).

Super dejligt hus med fantastisk udsigt
Pros: Pænt og rent og alt fungerede. Fine værelser med Aircon og gode senge. Fint køkken med rent og pænt køkkenudstyr. En dejlig udsigt fra porch. Lækker pool.

Dejligt hus, med fantastisk udsigt
Pros: Stort hus der har alt hvad man har brug for til en god ferie.
Rent og velholdt.
God kommunikation med værten, der var meget hjælpsom.
Lækre strande tæt på, og en håndfuld restauranter i gåafstand.
Cons: Flere ophæng til håndklæder på badeværelserne.
