The 78 m² holiday apartment ‘Buche’ is located on the ground floor of the newly built holiday home. The light-flooded apartment, which is 5-star DTV classified, consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person and a single bed and a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an additional toilet. The apartment can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine and a dryer. A highchair, a baby cot and a children’s bed are available upon request. The playground on the property makes this the ideal accommodation for holidays with the kids. Your spacious south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast here or a glass of wine while you enjoy the evening sun with a view of the Säntis mountain in Switzerland. A beautiful shared garden with a barbecue is also available for your use. The closest supermarket is an 11-minute walk from the property (850 m) and a selection of restaurants and cafes can be reached by car in approximately 5 minutes. In 20 minutes driving (16.8 km) you will reach the bathing beach of Kressbronn where you can cool down in the wonderful lake. Parking is available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please note that additional costs may be charged locally for additional infants (under 2 years old). Please contact your host family Weber regarding this. The holiday apartments are classified by the German Tourism Association (DTV). The apartment is wheelchair accessible.
