The private outdoor area boasts a large balcony with seating furniture, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the barbecue. Lake Constance and the nearest beaches in Immenstaad and Fischbach are only an 18-minute drive or 11 km from the apartment. An 11-minute walk or 1 km from the apartment, you will find a pharmacy, as well as cafés and other restaurants. The pretty lakeside town Friedrichshafen is located 11 km or an 18-minute drive away, and after a 27-minute drive to Meersburg (20 km) you can take the ferry to Konstanz. There is also a bus stop 500 m from the apartment, from which you can get to the neighbouring towns and villages. In winter, a skiing area can be reached after a 26-minute drive (19 km).
