Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Nice house, but outside needed a little clean up. Landscaping needs work. Flood lights on the back of the house should be converted to motion lights. Having them on all night, made it hard to get to sleep at times. Would suggest a binder with information on the house and surrounding areas. Would be nice to know of local restaurants, gas stations, shopping centers etc.
