About the host
Hosted by Jeffrey Bloom
This home has been in our family for decades and has been the setting for many wonderful summers and winter ski vacations with our children. It’s a place where we were able to bring several families together, with lots of time spent enjoying the house, the property, and everything the area has to offer.
Some of our favorite memories are kayaking on the marsh and taking in the beautiful views of the water and surrounding mountains. We’ve worked to make the home comfortable and welcoming, and we’re excited to share it with other families who can enjoy the space, privacy, and amenities just as we have.

Why they chose this property
Our parents chose this home and location decades ago for a reason—it is the only waterfront property in this area, offering a rare combination of water, open land, and privacy. The acres are groomed and open, giving children and adults plenty of space to play, roam, and enjoy the outdoors.
At the same time, the house is close to Manchester and an easy drive to Bromley and Stratton, making it both peaceful and convenient. It has been a perfect setting for our family to spend time together and create lasting memories, and we’re excited to share that experience with other families.

What makes this property unique
What makes this property unique is the combination of space, privacy, and location. The house sits on 15 private acres overlooking a protected marsh, offering real quiet and privacy that’s hard to find, especially so close to Manchester.
The home was recently renovated and is set up to comfortably handle large groups (up to 20 guests) without feeling crowded, with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and flexible sleeping arrangements. It works especially well for multi-family trips and gatherings where people want to be together but still have room to spread out.
The outdoor hot tub, peaceful natural setting, and easy access to Bromley and Stratton make it a place guests can enjoy year-round—whether for skiing, foliage season, or a quiet getaway in nature
