Excellent communication with host, immediate responses to any questions and concerns. Clean and well cared for home and pet friendly.Great location to where we needed to be including tree lined streets, parks, and dog friendly neighborhood. Would definitely be staying here again if we need time in Saskatoon. Restaurants, shops and activities all around always something to do.

The apartment was nicely decorated and immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated that the host brought me extra bedding when I explained that I like to sleep in a cool room so didn’t want to turn on baseboard heaters. The one thing that really did not work for me was the lack of sound insulation between this basement unit and the upstairs. 2 of the 3 mornings I stayed there, I was woken at 5 am by people clomping around over my head, showering etc - just generally and understandably getting ready to depart.

This basement suite was perfect for us. Great location. Well stocked. Comfortable bed. Nicely decorated. Had all the amenities. Would definitely stay there again!!
