A boat slip is also available to rent. Please contact the host for pricing and availability. The are two photos are of the slip and the boat ramp. The boat ramp is located right next to the slip. The slip is approximately 7' 5" and please note, there is no parking space for a trailer.

FYI, this is 3rd floor condo with no elevator.

Just a few details to review:

*No smoking in the condo please.

*There is one parking space for each unit but there is plenty of street parking available for use.

*Please do not hang bathing suits, towels etc. off the balconies.

*Please do not store shoes, beach chairs, etc on walkways, as this needs to be clear for people to get thru.

*Please be respectful of others and avoid noise, loud voices as the Ocean City Noise ordinance is strictly enforced.

*Due to HOA rules, no pets are allowed.
