About this property

Condo with a boat slip

Welcome to Farr Shores! A condominium resort community. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has everything you need to enjoy your lakefront vacation in Hot Springs. While you stay you will have access to the community pool, tennis courts, boat ramp and private boat slip, so no puling your boat in and out of the water during your stay. There is also available trailer parking. Minutes to Garvan Gardens and a short drive to historic downtown and Bathhouse Row as well as Hot Springs National Park.

The condo has a fully stocked Kitchen to make a great meal. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is a fireplace for those colder months.
You will have access to the community pool, tennis courts and will be allowed to launch your boat and full use of the private boat slip.
We have a queen sized air mattress so bring the kiddos along.
Please make sure to let us know ahead of your arrival if you plan to bring your boat.

The view was amazing! Loved the covered boat slip! The pool was nice and clean. The condo was perfect for us! Will definitely be back! So peaceful and had a park like feel to it!

Very nice, very clean. Awesome owner. I mean he is awesome!!! He took my family out on his barge and toured us around the lake, let the kids tube and my husband was skiing. By far the best vacation home we’ve ever booked. The man made us feel like family! It’s a 100/10 for me!
