rustig gelegen in mooie omgeving

Mooi huisje, rustig gelegen. Gelukkig was er airco aanwezig want bij de minste zon is het redelijk warm in huis. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen en te fietsen. Vriendelijk onthaal bij receptie. Makkelijk dat je elektrische wagen kan laden op het domein of aan de receptie. Misschien 1 nadeel dat we maar 1 sleutel kregen van de woning. Handig dat er een berging aanwezig was zodat we de kinderwagen daar konden plaatsen.

Huis ziet er heel mooi en verzorgd uit, er is in alles voorzien. De ligging is prachtig, met uitzicht op het water en groot terras en grasveld.

Nice stay

Lage etwas außerhalb von Wemeldinge. Sehr gut zum Fahradfahren und mit Auto erreicht man sehr schöne Orte wie Brügge und Delft. In Belgien muss man sich vor Einfahrt in die Innenstädte von Antwerpen Brüssel und Gent online registrieren.

Der erste Eindruck stimmt nicht immer

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr hell, freundlich und liegt direkt am See. Die Einrichtung entsprach genau den Bildern. Der Gaskamin ist von Mai-Oktober nicht in Betrieb zu nehmen, was uns bei Außentemperaturen von 12 Grad sehr gestört hat. Am ersten Abend konnten wir auch die Heizung im Haus nicht in Betrieb nehmen. Sie war auf "Automatik" gestellt und somit hatte der Vermieter durch eine App Zugriff auf die Heizung. Davon hat er auch Gebrauch gemacht (was uns sehr erschrocken hat, als das Wandgerät an unserem ersten Abend unvermittelt Aktivitäten zeigte!!! Der Eigentümer hat die voreingestellte Temperatur runtergeregelt!!) Am nächsten Morgen kam ein sehr netter junger Mann von der Rezeption und hat uns die Bedienung erklärt und aufgrund unserer massiven Beschwerde versichert, dass er Kontakt zum Eigentümer aufnimmt. Ich hoffe, wir wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht noch in anderer Weise "überwacht". Da sich unter den Heizkörpern und an der Couch und in einigen Ecken Spinnweben befanden, ist davon auszugehen, dass das Haus keiner gründlichen Reinigung unterzogen wurde, bevor wir es bezogen haben. Das sah man auch an Toilette, Dusche usw. Die Betten waren gut und auch sauber bezogen.

Schoonmaak maakt het gemiddeld.

De ligging van het huisje is heel goed, de schoonmaak was slecht. Voeten waren gewoon vies. Badkamer met wastafel was niet schoon, witte handdoek op de vloer er gewoon zwart! Bedden zijn voor ons te zacht. Raam op een slaapkamer was een schuifdeur, die kon je dus niet open laten, wat jammer is. Inventaris van de keuken was incompleet. Mooie keuken, dat wel, maar een ovenschaal is niet aanwezig. Buiten lag veel stront van de vogels, dus op de vinger aan het water kon je niet zitten. Jammer…,

Hübsch gelegen - im Sommer ungeeignet

Gebucht für eine Woche in den Herbstferien. Den Park kannten wir von zwei vorherigen Urlauben, leider war unser „Stammhaus“ schon ausgebucht. Der Park an sich ist schön ruhig an einem künstlich angelegten See gelegen mit etwas weniger als 100 Häusern. Der künstliche Gaskamin funktionierte leider nicht. Die Dunstabzugshaube war ungereinigt. An den wenigen wärmeren Tagen heizte sich das Wohnzimmer auf über 28 Grad auf. Im Sommer nicht auszudenken ohne Klimaanlage. Dann für Kinder nicht geeignet.

Floor

Fijn huis!

Fijn huis, heerlijke bedden en genoeg leef ruimte. In de keuken ontbreekt een pannenlap/ovenwant, en ook heb ik zelf de Waterkoker ontkalkt! Verder echt lekker huis, met ruime tuin en genoeg zitjes buiten. Het wordt snel warm in het huis, een airco zou in de zomer fijn zijn!!

Thank you for your feedback. We have now installed an airconditioning unit in the property, ready for the warm summer. The cleaning team have also been informed to be more careful in the future

Prima maar niet bijzonder

Ingewikkelde boekingsprocedure via hometogo, weinig keus/info over woning, foto’s komen niet overeen en matige uitrusting (geen airco, overkapping, windschermen) veel andere huisjes wel,maar deze info was niet bekend maar wel cruciaal
