This fully-furnished, second-floor condo, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, provides an ideal mountain escape, ensuring exceptional access to premier skiing and mountain biking. This lovely condo features a king bed and a queen bed, plus an open living room with an additional queen sofa bed for comfortable sleeping arrangements.
The space feels warm and inviting, perfect for both restful nights and lively gatherings. Settle in to the spacious, open-plan living area, complete with a decorative fireplace and a large-screen TV for entertainment, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities. The indoor community hot tub, literally 25 steps from your front door, is a great way to relax after your day of outdoor adventures. Whether you’re curling up with a book or spending time with friends, this delightful retreat offers everything you need.
The gourmet kitchen is completely outfitted with modern conveniences, granite surfaces, and everything needed for preparing delicious home cooked meals. Washer and dryer in unit. Two permitted parking spaces.
Conveniently located right across from the lively Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, this property is a true paradise for outdoor adventurers. Park City is our home away from home. We live in SoCal and have been skiing in Park City for the past 30+ years! We love the excellent and extensive terrain options, the charming ambiance of Main Street, and amazing dining options. It is our happy place and we love to share our home so that our guests can experience the magic and charm of Park City.
