Die Wohnung ist einfach gehalten, was nicht weiter schlimm ist. Jedoch passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Zb ist die Küche alt und teilweise sind die Küchenschränke defekt. Die Duscharmatur war ebenfalls defekt. Bei einer Reinigungsgebühr von 90 Euro erwarten wir eine saubere Wohnung. Dies war nicht der Fall. Es hing sogar noch eine vergammelte Spülbürste im der Küche. Die Wohnung roch muffig und Fruchtfliegen kamen aus dem Ausfluß. Der Ausblick war sehr gut und hat einiges wettgemacht. Die Möglichkeit auf Mängelbeseitigung hat uns die Vermietungsagentur gegeben. Da wir aber nur 3 Tage dort waren und somit auch viel unterwegs , haben wir dieses Angebot nicht in Anspruch genommen. Wir gehen auch davon aus, dass so schnell eine Reparatur diverser Punkte nicht auf die Schnelle erfolgen kann. Ingesamt gesehen, würden wir diese Wohnung nicht unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Garagenproblem

Garage ließ sich am ersten Tag nicht öffnen, danach öffnete sie sich selbstständig. Wurde aber dann behoben.

Ab ans Meer und immer gerne wieder

Bei so einer tollen Aussicht sollten die Fenster wenigsten geputzt sein. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar

Soweit war alles okay. Sehr zu beanstanden habe ich die zu lange Benutzung der Toilettenbürste, die Sauberkeit der Kaffeekanne und die Billigkeit der Kaffeemaschine. Der gebrühte Kaffee war nur warm und die Kanne innen hatte eine Beschichtung. Vermisst habe ich auch das Fernrohr.
