My name is Kimberley Frank and my husband and I of 27 years live in North Texas, We have two boys that attend the University of Oklahoma and while visiting them we fell in love with the area and purchased a home for when we visit. We are excited to be able to offer a home for others to visit in the Norman/OU area.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood due to its close proximity to the OU campus, football stadium and nearby Norman attractions. It is a quick walk from our home to enjoying everything on campus and campus corner has to offer. We are also only a short drive from main street.
What makes this property unique
We purchased this home in the May of 2025 and updated it with new windows, front door, furnishings, decor and new paint throughout the home. It is just over a 1/2 mile from campus making it easily walkable. We have parking in the driveway for three cars and free parking on the road. The home is located on a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood so it's a great place to just relax at.
