<br>Welcome to our oasis of relaxation with a large, fully fenced-in natural garden!<br><br>Are you looking for a charming retreat for yourself, your furry friends, and your bikes?<br><br>Our cosy, approximately 60-square-meter holiday apartment is located in a quiet and private setting on the ground floor of our historic, traditional Franconian holiday home in the old town centre of Obervolkach—just 2.5 km from the lively centre of Volkach.<br>Here you’ll find a place to stay with real character: creaking floorboards, charming, uneven ceilings and floors, and many family heirlooms create a cosy atmosphere where you can feel at home and relax.<br><br>A paradise for dogs & cats (Completely free!)<br><br>As the proud owner of three wonderful livestock guardian dogs, I LOVE animals more than anything. <br>Well-behaved dogs (that don’t dig in the garden) and cats are not just tolerated here—they’re wholeheartedly welcome—and completely free of charge!<br>The absolute highlight for your holiday with your four-legged friend:<br>Our apartment is surrounded by a completely fenced-in, wildly romantic natural garden. Here, your furry friend can relax safely while you unwind in a cosy spot under the fruit trees or on the comfortable courtyard terrace with a glass of Franconian wine.<br><br>Perfectly equipped for cycling holidaymakers & connoisseurs<br><br>The Mainschleife is a dream for bike tours! <br>To ensure your cycling holiday is completely stress-free, we offer:🚲<br><br>A secure, covered bike rack right next to the house.🔌 A power outlet for easy charging of your e-bike batteries.🗺️ <br><br>The perfect location: <br>Start your bike tours right from your front door into the Franconian vineyards or along the Main River.<br><br>The Apartment in Detail (Ideal for 2–3 people, max. 4)<br><br>Living Room: <br>Cosy central space (open-concept room) with a Smart TV, a comfortable pull-out couch (140x200 cm, including a topper for optimal sleeping comfort), a large refrigerator with a spacious freezer compartment, and a wonderful view of the countryside.<br><br>Bedroom: <br>Separate, inviting bedroom with a cosy double bed (160x200 cm).<br><br>Dining Room & Sleeping Area 2: <br>Rustic, wood-paneled room in the attic with a separate single bed and a practical serving hatch to the kitchen.<br><br>Kitchen: <br>Small, well-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, hand blender, as well as coffee filters, tea, and basic spices.<br><br>Bathroom: <br>Small, functional bathroom with a shower and toilet.<br><br>Entrance Area & Extras: <br>Spacious entryway with a washing machine, clothes rack, and ironing board available for shared use. <br><br>For smokers, there is a covered area outside.<br><br>Access Information:<br>Separate access to the apartment is via a wide, 18-step outdoor metal staircase.<br>You can park your car for free and easily right in front of the courtyard gate or on the street.<br><br>The Surroundings<br>Enjoy the idyllic countryside of Obervolkach and the complete privacy of our property (there is another holiday rental on the ground floor). In just a few minutes, you can reach the heart of Volkach with its historic alleys, excellent wineries, restaurants, and shopping.<br>Perfect for long walks with your dog or exploring by bike!
