Summary:

Cute, modern studio in a brand new building in the center of town. Very safe area, secure building with 24/7 guard & parking garage.



3 min walk to the Hilton beach & a 10 min walk to the happening Mamitas party beach. Practically on the corner of the famous 5th Ave (La Quinta), but set back enough to be quiet most of the time.



This is a premium location with an amazing Caribbean view from the rooftop pool. You can't get a better place to stay in the center of Playa!



The Space:

Amazing king bed, functional kitchen area with 2-burner electric stove, sink, basic dishes, pots, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster and microwave.



Private patio with table & chairs. Dining table with 2 chairs inside.



TV with cable, WIFI. Beautifully, modern bathroom. Ceiling fan & AC to keep you very comfortable!



Guest Access:

The building has 24/7 security downstairs. During the day, the main door is open. Once you register, you'll access the apartment with the code we'll provide at the time of check in.

Parking is subject to availability upon arrival; you must confirm availability with the reception staff. There's an elevator in the facilities.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very safe. We're less than a block away from the 5th Ave, where everyone is always while in Playa. Lots of markets, cafes, restaurants and much more to do.



Getting Around:

3 min walk to the Hilton beach & a 10 min walk to the happening Mamitas party beach. Practically on the corner of the famous 5th Ave (La Quinta), with plenty of bars and restaurants around to enjoy nightlife.



Other Things to Note:

- Starter kit included (toilet paper, soap, coffee, water, etc.) – not replenished

- Salt, oil & pepper available upon request (before 5 PM)

- Extra cleaning & linen changes available for a fee (request 24h in advance)

- No daily housekeeping included

- Weekly linen change required for stays over 7 nights (extra cost)

- Electricity charged separately for stays of 28+ nights (based on meter)

- Please take care of linens (no makeup removal or floor cleaning)

- This unit is located on the ground floor.
