Heisswasserversorgung in Dusche und Spüle in Küche fragwürdig / nicht in Ordnung. Liess sich nicht regulieren. Duschen nicht möglich - lauwarm. Temperatur im Schlafzimmer liess sich nicht runterregulieren. Temperatur hier zu hoch. Habe in der Vergangenheit moderner eingerichtete FW besucht.

Wir hatten 14 schöne Tage in Grömitz. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, schön eingerichtet. In dem Haus war es sehr leise. Man hat fast nichts gehört. Das Haus liegt ja auch ca. 30 Meter von der Strasse weg. Was sehr gut war, man hatte einen eigenen Parkplatz. Deshalb viel Abends die Suche nach einem Parkplatz weg. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Schönes,sauberes und gepflegtes Objekt. Überdachte Terrasse,schönes neues Bad und insgesamt sehr gute Ausstattung.Strand sehr gut in 5 min zu erreichen.
