The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The large black trash barrel is for garbage and the green barrel is for recycling ( cardboard, glass, aluminum cans).
Trash pick up is every Friday and Recycle pick up is every other Friday. Place both barrels out on the curb for pick up every Friday.
You are welcome to use the barbecue grill on the patio, but please clean and cover it once it’s cooled. We ask if you will kindly remove your shoes upon entering the home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no loud music nor parties will be allowed on the premises.
