Comfortable "Lina" vacation apartment (60 m²) with an open-concept living/dining area

The cosy "Lina" holiday rental is located on the upper floor of the house and, with 60 square metres of living space, offers plenty of room for up to 3 people. The open, fully equipped kitchen with dining and living areas, like the rest of the apartment, has been completely refurbished and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, and a drip coffee maker. The living area features a pull-out couch bed (sleeping surface: 120 cm x 200 cm) and a TV. The bedroom, featuring a double bed (180 x 200 cm), stands out with its charming half-timbered walls. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Towels, as well as a towel rack and hair dryer, are provided. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge. Payment is due in cash upon arrival or in advance via bank transfer. A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please contact us with your exact arrival time. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot is available upon request.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind ein sehr nettes Paar, sehr guter Kontakt zu ihnen, und vor allem waren Sie sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Iffigheim ist ein sehr kleiner Ort und daher herrlich ruhig, wie wir es mögen. Also wir waren rundum zufrieden und begeistert.
