The ground floor apartment number 2 "Südstrandhus" is rented out approx. 64 square meters on the North Sea island of Borkum in Greunen Stee Weg 75 with:
2x bedrooms, 1x bathroom with floor-level shower, guest toilet, living room with couch and open kitchen with dining table.
Comfort, modern and style!! The bright living-dining room is large and impresses with the room layout and directly accessible terrace. The opaque private garden with table and chairs invites you to relax. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and both have a flat screen TV. A travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair are available on request. This is complemented by the bathroom with a floor-level shower, toilet and washbasin. The short but very interesting history of the house should be emphasized. A real highlight!

Wir haben im April/Mai 2024 wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien- und Fortbildungstage im Südstrandhus Wohnung 2 verbracht. Die Buchungsabwicklung durch Hr. Neteler wurde schnell und problemlos durchgeführt, vielen Dank nochmal. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist mit einem schönen hohen Zaun eingefasst, sodass auch unser größerer Hund auf seine Kosten kam. Die Wohnung und auch das Treppenhaus war sehr sauber (das haben wir schon anders erlebt). Kurz um...uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir schon für 2025 erneut gebucht haben. Herford

Kurzurlaub

Nach einer etwas beschwerlichen Anreise mit der Fähre über Emden, war die weiterfahrt zur Unterkunft ein Klacks. Bei Lidl kurz gestoppt und alles wichtige für das erste Frühstück besorgt. Der Strand ist schnell und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Etwas mehr Sonne wäre schön gewesen. Werde bestimmt gerne wieder kommen, aber dann mit mehr Zeit im Gepäck.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in der wir zu dritt mit Hund eine schöne Woche verbracht haben. Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt und aufgrund Bodentiefer Fenster schön hell. Ideal mit Hund ist der etwa 1,60 m hoch eingezäunte Garten den man ganz für sich hat. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es fehlte lediglich ein Weinflaschenoeffner. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
