Book this villa and receive: 1 Complimentary Arrival or Departure Transfer (10 people max, ask us for details), chips, salsa, guacamole and margaritas on arrival, villa delivery of your AVIS car rental, airport and villa arrival services, and 24/7 customer service. Your stay also includes personalized concierge service and full itinerary planning, including private chef services, grocery pre-stocking, spa services, activities, and restaurant and beach club reservations. By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School, College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized and fee paid.

Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.

IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.
