This bright and spacious Nokomis home welcomes you with an open-concept layout, soaring ceilings, and abundant natural light throughout. The modern kitchen shines with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar, flowing seamlessly into the dining and living areas — ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Large sliding glass doors from multiple areas of the main home open directly to the pool and lanai, creating a true indoor-outdoor living experience.

The home offers three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with plenty of space for families or groups. A convenient half bathroom just off the pool area adds extra comfort for outdoor living and sun-soaked pool days. With tile flooring, ceiling fans, and thoughtfully designed living spaces, this home is perfect for a laid-back Florida getaway.

Outdoor Space
Step outside to your private screened lanai and heated swimming pool, framed by lush tropical landscaping for added privacy. The covered outdoor seating area is made for morning coffee, lazy afternoon lounging, or evening cocktails, while the spacious pool deck invites you to soak up the Florida sunshine. Designed for relaxation and effortless entertaining, this backyard retreat is a true highlight of the home.

Directions:
From I-75, take Exit 200 onto SR-681 toward Nokomis and follow it south until it meets U.S. 41. Turn left onto U.S. 41 and continue into Nokomis, then turn right onto Bayshore Road. From there, turn right onto Picasso Drive, then another right onto Bellini Circle.

Parking is available on site for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Parking is available on the street. The garage is available to guests.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at The Bay and Key Collection.
Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you'll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
