The large, naturally lit bathroom features a toilet, a corner bathtub with mood lighting, a shower, and a towel warmer. There is also a separate guest bathroom. The apartment is suitable for leisure and business travellers, families, small groups, and service technicians. Please note that pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi, towels, bed linens, and the parking space are available free of charge. A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. Please transfer the remaining balance 1 week before arrival or pay it in cash upon arrival. Credit card and check payments are not accepted!
