The space
The smell of the ocean and the sound of the crashing waves greet you upon your arrival to Rockaway Cottage.
The master bedroom (main floor) complete with king bed, feather & down pillows, luxury linens, library, luggage stand, and connecting bathroom.
The second bedroom (upstairs) has a queen bed, Disney Princess armoire, luggage stand, ocean view and private bathroom.
Twin rollaway bed available upon request.
Mini crib available upon request.
Open concept living and dining area seats 6 guests comfortably.
Entertain yourselves with a Smart TV, 5G wifi, record player and board games.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts cool, mid century appliances, Keurig, microwave, and dishwasher. Cupboards are stocked with tasteful place settings, serving pieces, glassware, plus colorful, plastic kid dishes, bowls and cups.
Laundry closet with full size washer & dryer
Oversized deck with gas grill, seating and picnic table. Backyard with fire pit and benches. Play outside with spring horses and plenty of sand toys.
Giant Connect Four game seasonal June until September
Everything you need for a day at the beach including sand chairs, sun umbrella and lots of beach toys such as sand pails and shovels.
Super kid friendly with creative toys of yesteryear. Record player with storybooks, comics, view master, board games and Disney Princess dress up armoire.

One dog allowed over a year old and flea treated.
Pet fee $100
If you have a 2nd dog | will consider this on a case by case basis. A 2nd dog fee of $100 will be required as an additional charge after booking.
ESA's (emotional support animals) are charged the same as a pet.
Dogs not allowed on furniture or in beds.
Never leave your dog alone in the cottage, not even in a crate.
Entrance to the neighborhood beach access trail is located 3 houses
East from the cottage. The path opens behind the last house and it's a straight line to the beach, about a 4 minute stroll. Please respect private property and stay to the designated beach trail. Thank you.
