Schöne Wohnung in wirklich sehr guter Lage. Insbesondere mit Hund sehr gut geeignet, da man keine 200m vom Strand entfernt ist, aber auch das Wäldchen am Golfplatz in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Zum Bäcker läuft man gut 15 Minuten. Das Schwimmbad im Haus Uthlande ist sehr schön.

Nur 50 Quadratmeter, aber gefühlt viel Platz, vor allem im Bad auch sehr, sehr viele Ablageflächen und Haken für die Handtücher. Bett und Couch bequem, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Dazu ist man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Gerade mit Hund super! Für uns war es perfekt
