Walk out the door to a large community deck well furnished with tables, chairs and lounges situated on a wide expanse of beach, 200 feet of private beachfront to be exact. Beach walkers can stroll for miles looking for beach glass. The complex also has a large, heated pool. Inside you find a NEW modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. It is fully furnished with all appliances, includes dishwasher, microwave, and dishes for dining inside or out on the deck, enjoying the view! This condo has been nicely decorated with the beach in mind. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand and his & hers closets. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, dresser and nightstand. The updated bathroom has a shower/tub combination. We provide all linens and towels, except for beach towels; coin laundry is available in the building. Wireless Internet connection is also available. There is also a first come, first serve volleyball net on the 200 feet of private sandy beach. One parking spot per unit. Public parking is available at a daily rate at the park next door or free on the street.

3) MAX numbers of renters is 6 in this condo, including children of all ages
