A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive holiday apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square metres to 99 square metres of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by lift. Some of the holiday homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are available.

Each holiday apartment offers a view of the harbour area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze complex also features a guest reception desk and dining options. You’ll enjoy your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot, where you’ll find historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, along with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city. The holiday apartment described here, Hafenspitze 5, is a very comfortable 2-room holiday home with a north/east-facing balcony. The spacious living area measures a generous 59 square metres. It features a separate bedroom, two additional sleeping arrangements, and one modern shower room. Upon arrival, made-up beds for 2 people are included. Additional linens can be booked if needed. The 2-room apartment Hafenspitze 5, located on the 1st floor and easily accessible by lift, welcomes you with high-quality amenities. The attached north/east-facing balcony offers views of the Holzhafen and the Baltic Sea. The spacious 59-square-meter living area is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The entire apartment also features underfloor heating. Make yourself comfortable in the modernly furnished living-dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, which also features an internet-enabled TV, internet radio, and free Wi-Fi. The open kitchenette is integrated into the living area and fully equipped, so you’ll be happy to prepare your own meals.

It features a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, as well as a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. In a separate bedroom with a double bed, you’ll enjoy restful nights after a day of exploring. The apartment also features a modern, interior shower room.
