In the district of Helden, on the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, 10.4 km from the centre of Attendorn, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 9.5 km from the lake. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 700 m, grocery 870 m, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 700 m, café 1.2 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Finnentrop" 9 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km, bathing lake "Biggesee" 9.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 600 m, riding stable 1 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Attahöhle 8 km, Karl-May-Festspiele 10 km, Sankt-Sebastianus-Kapelle. Please note: car recommended. Riding lessons (school horses / ponies) and / or guest boxes can be reserved for your own horses (extra) in a 50m far riding stable. The use of the indoor pool and wellness area as well as breakfast and half board are in the «Romantikhotel Platte» 100m away possible for a fee. Very close to the house, the 18-hole course at the Repetal golf club (extra) with 95 ha makes a challenge for all HCP classes.

Ausgezeichnete Wohnung, großzügig, gut ausgestattet, toller Balkon, super vor allem zwei ausgezeichnete Doppel-Betten in unterschiedlichen Zimmern, vollständige Ausstattung der Küche mit Gerätschaften. Einziger Mangel: eine fehlende Gästemappe mit Infos zur Mülltrennung, zur Bedienung der Elektrogeräte, zu Notfall-Adressen.

Prachtig huisje

Mooi vrij nieuw huis met genoeg ruimte en mogelijkheden. Mooi dakterras! Mooie omgeving vanwaar je direct diverse wandelroutes kunt starten. Min puntje vonden wij de wifi. Deze is zeer traag. Maar goed daarvoor waren wij er niet.

Erg fijn. Mooie rustige omgeving. Alles wat je maar nodig zou kunnen hebben is aanwezig. Het enige waar naar gekeken zou moeten worden is de stofzuiger. De buis past niet goed waardoor het zeer lastig wordt te stofzuigen.

Schönes Appartment im Baugebiet

Ein neues, komfortables und schönes Appartment mit Dachterrasse und Fernblick, aber ... leider Baugebiet. Das heisst, an einem Nachmittag fiel die Wasserversorgung des gesamten Strassenzugs komplett aus; am nächsten Tag legte der Nachbar den ganzen Tag über mit einem Kleinbagger seinen Garten an und am nächsten Tag wiederum setzten die lautstarken Bauarbeiten an einem direkt angrenzenden Hausbau erneut ein. Ruhiger Urlaub ist etwas anderes!!

Wir waren das 2. mal in dieser schönen Wohnung. Leider waren wir nicht mehr ganz so zufrieden wie letztes Jahr. Es waren inzwischen ein paar Haushaltsgegenstände kaputt (Kaffeemaschine tropft, zu wenig kleine Teller, Salatbesteck war teilweise zerbrochen. Am Induktionsherd war die Kindersicherung aktiviert und es gab keine Bedienungsanleitung. Wir mussten in Google recherchieren wie der Herd eingeschaltet werden kann. Rund ums Haus sah es ungepflegt aus. Schade um diese schöne Ferienwohung…

Die Wohnung hat ein höheres Potenzial, aber es fehlen ein paar wichtige Dinge: Sonnenrollos im Flur und im Bad; Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Auf der Terrasse war ein Wespennest, der Sonnenschirm war so klein, dass nur eine Person darunter Platz fand. WLAN reicht nicht bis auf die Terrasse. Handtücher zum Wechseln erhielten wir eher zufällig. Die Vermieterin wurde bereits informiert. Insgesamt: Potenzial einer top bewerteten Wohnung, aber so zu teuer für diese Ausstattung!

Ruhig in wunderschöner Landschaft

Es war so wie beschrieben: Ruhige Lage in schöner Landschaft, relativ nah beim Biggesee. Die Wohnung war großzügig eingerichtet und wir haben uns alle 4 sehr wohlgefühlt!

Sehr schöne Lage, absolut ruhig, tolle Terrasse, Neubaugebiet, Perfekte Ausstattung, Ausgangpunkt zu unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten: 5 KM Biggesee, 50 KM Winterberg, 70 KM Willingen , perfekt zum Wandern mit Hund.

Wir würden gern wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag bzw Wunsch wäre eine kleine Grundausstattung mit Seife, Spüli und WC Papier, so das man nicht direkt einkaufen müsste.
