There are 2 types of curtains, pillows and new medical mattresses in the bedroom.
Bathroom is updated nice and clean with washer-dryer machine.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric range, oven, coffee maker, toaster and more, ...
High-speed internet WiFi, TV with english, german, spanish, russian and french channels, washer/dryer inside the unit, iron with iron board, hair dryer available for guests.
All linens, towels, glassware are provided to the guests.

Fantastisch, wenn man das Meer sehen könnte

Das Appartement ist großzügig, gut eingerichtet und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Anlage El Beril ist sehr gepflegt. Die Bezeichnung „Beachfront Appartement“ und das Foto der Promenade wecken falsche Erwartungen, denn Beach und Promenade sind ca. 150 m Luftlinie entfernt. Das Appartement liegt im obersten Bereich der Anlage El Beril und damit nahe der Hauptstraße des Küstenbereiches. Von der Terrasse aus sieht man nur den Weg zum Strand und das benachbarte Luxushotel. Nachdem wir den Ärger über die Lage überwunden hatten, wurde es dennoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

1 Woche lauter Aufenthalt

Die angegebenen 20m bis zu Strand stimmen nicht. Der Ausblick ist auf eine Seitenstraße und seitlich auch auf die Hauptstraße. Im Objekt wurde jeden Abend lautstark gefeiert und gesprochen. Es halt im Innenhof, zu dem das Schlafzimmerfenster rausliegt sehr stark wieder.

Dear Andre, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, you had a vacation, when the group of the active and loud tourists were in the same condominium. I don't know where you saw the information about 20 meters from the ocean. Casa del Mar is 150 meters from the best beach El Duque. There are no see view from the terrace. Terrace looks on the pedestrian road. This is only one condominium, that have no any buildings, shops and restaurants before the ocean.
