The house is very well decorated and supplied. We went over Valentine's weekend and the host prepared a special surprise. The kitchen is very well provided with all kind of pans, pots, glasses, and kitchen ware in general. The rooms are very nice and everything was very clean! We will be coming back for sure :)

Natasha was very responsive and accommodating. Once you can figure out the lay of the land of the neighborhood it’s a piece of cake getting in and out. (We found it easier to come and go from the golf course entrance once we had the keycard for the gates ). The house is nicely renovated and has everything you need.

The stay was great, the host was attentive and helpful and responds quickly. No complaints about the rental at all. It was a great home to stay in. My only “critique” is that renters need be aware of the 50 one-time parking fee for the association which the homeowner belongs to. It’s part of the association but renters just be aware as it’s NOT listed in the rental fee pricing, it’s extra. Lastly, it’s not the easiest neighborhood to navigate. Just beware it takes some time, with lots of twists and turns and many roads to find this property. It’s not a quick/easy pop off the main road. Again, it’s not a problem, just something to be aware of. We enjoyed our stay and this home worked great for us. Thanks!

R Happy Place is a very comfortable home and an excellent home base for visiting Yosemite. Home is located in a very safe, quiet gated area. Town has some delicious restaurants and coffee shops. Natasha was extremely easy to communicate with and was available to answer any questions. We will definitely rent this property again!

Great place to stay! Had everything we need and it was very comfortable. The only issue was the location, but the owner gives very good details on how to find the house. Don’t use GPS!
