Modern apartment with private entrance

The holiday rental has been completely renovated and refurnished. The apartment has a separate entrance. A modern bathroom with a spa shower invites you to relax after a day of exercise. You can prepare fresh meals yourself in the small kitchenette.

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION:
- Bathroom: The modern and newly furnished apartment features a separate toilet with a large floor-to-ceiling rain shower, a wall-mounted toilet, and a sink with a mirror. Shower gel & shampoo are provided free of charge. Hand towels, bath towels, and bath mats are always freshly available for you. Bed linens and towels are included once per stay.
- Kitchen: The small kitchenette features an induction stove, range hood, sink, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a selection of pots and dishes. Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity (Netto, Edeka, Aldi)—and if you’d rather not cook for yourself, you can also have meals delivered daily (German, Italian, Indian, Turkish).
- Living/Bedroom: The spacious living and sleeping area features a comfortable 160x200cm double bed. If needed, a child can sleep in the guest bed. A (extendable) table with chairs is perfect for meals, reading, or even working. You can store your personal belongings in the spacious closet, and an additional chest of drawers is also available. A large 42-inch TV with satellite connection (Astra+Hotbird) and free Wi-Fi are available for your use during your stay.
- Hallway: In the separate entryway, you can hang up your jackets and then enter the living area through a second door. - Outdoor area: A separate path leads directly to the entrance of the guest apartment. You can relax outdoors on a lounge chair on the spacious lawn. Two garden chairs and a table are also available. We are currently creating a small outdoor area for our guests. It is already available for use and is maintained by us on a weekly basis
- Miscellaneous: You can park your bicycles out of sight right in front of the entrance. For a fee, you can also use a washing machine and dryer.
- Pets: are charged separately at 9€ per day. Please let us know in advance which pet will be staying with us.

- The apartment is located on the edge of the Sauerland region in Wickede (Ruhr), near the Ruhr Valley Bike Trail. A wide variety of hiking and biking trails are available.
- In the summer, you can walk to an outdoor pool, an ice cream shop, or various restaurants—or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
- Quiet area with single-family homes and nearby playgrounds
- Just 1.5 km away is the Wickede train station, from which you can travel to the Sauerland (bicycles can be taken on board) and ride the Ruhr Valley Trail back to your accommodation
