Un chouette gîte dans une superbe région mais une gestion déplorable d' Abritel !

Le service d' Abritel a été en dessous de tout. Le propriétaire du gîte n'a pas été payé et n'a pu communiqué avec nous avant notre départ. Nous avons en vain chercher à contacter un employé d' Abritel et avons dû régler la location au locataire. Pourtant 45, 98 EUR ont bien été débités de mon compte pour " frais de service" ... Service, lequel ? Aucun contact entre Abritel et le propriétaire du gîte, ni avec moi, la locataire... Je suis très mécontente et le mefierai de la plateforme Abritel pour de futures locations

Urlaubsoase in der Vulkaneifel

Wir fühlten uns wie im Paradies. Die Großzügige Wohnung war super sauber, der Garten war herrlich zum frühstücken und abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber,modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und in ruhiger Lage. Es fehlte an nichts und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wenn wieder Eifel Urlaub, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit👍

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, sogar Babybett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden. Alles ist extrem sauber und neu. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder. 5*
