Start your holiday day in style with a cup of coffee on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful view there. The chef at heart can prepare the most delicious meals in peace in the well-equipped kitchen. Can you imagine it?

In winter, the ski bus takes you from the front door to the famous ski areas of Rofanseilbahn and Christlum. The popular Achensee lake is just a stone's throw away and the famous hiking areas are also easy to reach from the house, as are the Zillertal ski resorts.

Located on the shores of Lake Achensee in Austria, Maurach am Achensee is an enchanting destination that appeals to nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. With the imposing Karwendel mountain range as a backdrop, Maurach offers a breathtaking backdrop for all kinds of outdoor activities. On the crystal-clear waters of Lake Achensee, you can enjoy a range of recreational opportunities, such as sailing, windsurfing and fishing. Great stay and location

We spent 4 days on this apartment. Very well located, conveniently close to all touristic spots and at the same time it is quiet and separated from the touristic busy spots. The apartment is very nice and clean and the host was very kind! I would definitely recommend!

Super moderne Ferienwohnung mit Flair

Eine wunderbare moderne und neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit viel Detail zur Liebe. Die Gastgeberin Frau Hirschhuber ist super herzlich und immer für ihre Gäste da, von Ihr kann man allerhand Insidertipps zu Ausflügen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und lokalen Veranstaltungen bekommen. Das Appartment verfügt über 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, wobei in einem noch eine zusätzliche Wohncouch steht auf der auch noch 1 Person Platz findet. Der Küchenbereich ist gleichzeitig auch Wohnbereich und hat einen großen Holztisch auf dem prima Brettspiele zu spielen sind. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht z.B. Toaster, Kaffeemaschine Senseo und Coffeemaker, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Teller, Tassen, Besteck sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Direkt von der Küche bzw. dem 2 Schlafzimmer kommt man auf dem Balkon der sehr sonnig ist und auf dem man sehr gut verweilen kann. Das Bad ist komplett neu gestaltet mit einer Walk in Dusche. Die gesamte Ferienwohnung verfügt über eine Fussbodenheizung, was sehr angenehm ist. Auch ein Parkplatz gehört zur Ferienwohnung dazu. Wir waren 1 Woche hier und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Frau Hirschhuber für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Martin & Daniela Kulas
