Great apartment with shared pool and tennis court in La Mata-Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, just 300 m. from one of the best beaches in the area.



The apartment has a large living room with access to a terrace with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and three bedrooms, one of them on the top floor with access to a nice area with barbecue. The complex is surrounded by beautiful gardens.



The apartment is very close to supermarkets, restaurants and all necessary services to spend an excellent vacation. The whole family will enjoy the Aquópolis water park and the Habaneras shopping center, one of the best leisure centers for families.

Torrevieja is one of the areas where there are many sunny days during the year and its beaches, with their crystal clear waters, are among the most famous on the Costa Blanca.



On the beaches you can practice various water sports such as kitesurfing, kayaking and windsurfing, as well as explore hiking trails and go fishing. At 4 km you will find Torrevieja with its marina, seafront promenade and 2 km in the protected natural park Las Lagunas de la Mata. Also visit the famous pink lagoons, where you can enjoy pleasant walks on foot and by bike.
