Welcome to Surfside House! We're thrilled to have you as our guest in this beautiful vacation rental, situated conveniently on 11th st. This wonderful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is designed to give you an exceptional experience, with easy access to the beautiful beach, local shops, and a variety of delicious restaurants. You'll enjoy a dining area complete with a stylish bar, two comfortable living areas, and a large front deck – perfect for relaxing and soaking up the coastal vibes. Plus, you'll have your own private swimming pool and a dedicated BBQ area, making it easy to create lasting memories with loved ones. Surfside House, with its amazing location and fantastic amenities, is ready to make your stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to welcome you!

**THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST COMPLETE SCREENING PROCESS AND ID VERIFICATION**



**Primary Renter must be 25 yrs or older and must be present for the entirety of your stay.**



Starter Kit: To help you settle in comfortably, each Sandbar Beach Rentals property is stocked with a starter set of basic essentials. This includes items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.

These supplies are intended to get you started upon arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, we recommend planning to purchase extra items during your visit.



-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.



Interaction with Guests:

We monitor messages daily 9am-6pm. Urgent after hour service is available as well.
