Welcome to Port Saint Lucie! This attached guesthouse is completely private but is part of a duplex. Enjoy this modernized beachy retreat as you relax in style. Located only 15 minutes from the beach and in the heart of Port Saint Lucie this mostly freshly renovated guesthouse includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 luggage closet, and a kitchen. The kitchen has yet to be renovated and the rest still needs a few finishing touches so please note it is unfinished.
