The stairs were a challenge as one of my party is handicapped. Not as many amenities as in most VRBOs but the location does makeup for it.

Owner was always available as needed via messages. She took care of all our needs and requests. Place was clean and very pretty; steps from the water, that was really nice. Beach was beautiful. Overall it was good!

I have to remark that parking was easy,also very much secure,the pool area was perfect for me an my wife,standing practicly just for us for a whole saturday a little bit cold but I know is the season,all te rest was perfect as well!

Serious Safety Violation & No Response from HostI booked this property expecting a safe and comfortable stay, but unfortunately that was not the experience. During my visit, I discovered an undisclosed monitoring device in the bedroom, which is a direct violation of Vrbo’s policies and basic guest privacy.Vrbo’s policy states that “any device that monitors the property must be disclosed to guests.”It also states that “hosts must provide accurate and complete information about their property” and “ensure guest privacy and clearly disclose anything that may impact it.”A monitoring device placed in a private sleeping area without disclosure meets all three of these definitions.I would not recommend this property to anyone until the host addresses these issues

This is a perfect apartment if you want to be steps from the beach, and a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the Boardwalk. The place was very accurately described. The host had great communication. The pool was even a nice bonus. There are about 6 units in the whole building. We had our own parking spot. It would be tight for a family of 4. While it has a fridge and a cooktop, it wouldn’t be the kind of place where you would want to cook meals everyday. More of an added bonus. We loved our stay and would return.

There were dirty band-aids on the shower walls, and on pool tables. No extra trash bags. Terrible water pressure in the shower. AC can barely keep up in low heat temperatures. Somebody used the door code AFTER our check in, while we were inside the property. DID NOT KNOCK. Removed a closet door. Disgusting dust on the ceiling fan.

This room was simply beautiful and clean it also smelled nice it was definitely better quality than the other building ! I would have loved to have stayed in it longer!

Easy walk to beach. Parking included for one vehicle. Pool was clean. Nice outside shower to wash off sand from the beach prior to entering the unit. Plenty of outlets to plug things in. Window air conditioner located next to couch in kitchen/dinning/living room area. It got hot and stuffy in the bedroom area, with 5 people especially when using the shower. We bought a fan to help circulate the air and make it manageable to sleep.
