Our holiday rental, "La Orotava," is located on the third floor of the well-maintained and very popular apartment building "La Chiripa." The apartment is easily accessible via several lifts. The building features a large, year-round heated pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as common areas that include fitness equipment, a library, and a lobby. The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard and features high-quality upholstered furniture in the living room, along with a coffee table, sideboard, display cabinet, flat-screen TV, and a dining area for four people. The open-concept kitchen has everything you could want. The bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm) with high-quality mattresses, a vanity, nightstands, and a large closet with a safe. Reading lamps are located on each nightstand. The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a washing machine. A hair dryer, bathroom scale, and plenty of hand and bath towels are provided. The apartment has its own high-speed Wi-Fi connection, which is available to our guests free of charge. On the apartment’s sunny terrace, adorned with tropical plants, you’ll find a table with two chairs, comfortable lounge chairs, an awning, and a breathtaking view of Mount Teide, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Orotava Valley. Upon your arrival, you’ll find a bottle of water and a bottle of wine in the apartment as a welcome gift. Important: We are licensed rental property owners with all the necessary permits and requirements mandated by Spanish law. You can therefore enjoy your dream holiday with us with complete peace of mind. There are several shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as a bus stop, in the immediate vicinity of our building. The historic city centre—with its countless shops, pubs, and restaurants—as well as the beach are all within easy walking distance. Puerto de la Cruz is also home to the world-famous “Loro Parque,” which is located not far from us.
