My wife and I love this beautiful 3 Bdrm Villa, but this January it will sit unused, because we are unable to go this year!! The property is a 3 Bdrm Ocean View Villa on the Pacific Coast of Cabo, Mexico - It’s called Pueblo Bonito Montecristo Estates. We just want to recoup some of our maintenance costs. We love the property, but cannot use it this year!

We are asking $295 per night, for the WHOLE VILLA (NOT, ‘per person’).

Located in the gorgeous Pueblo Bonito Montecristo Estates.
The upper ocean-facing terrace has your hot tub, lounge chairs outdoor dining area, and a gas barbecue - the lower terrace (with the same incredible view), has the private infinity pool, with an additional lounging area.

Guests staying at the Montecristo are allowed 'full access' to all the amenities at the (immediately adjacent) stunning Sunset Beach Resort. There are five pools (with swim-up bar and poolside food service), fine-dining restaurants, european health spa and fitness center, flood-lit tennis courts, boutiques, bars, delis, coffee shoppe, convenience store and market, kids activities, Concierge service.

Available for the 3rd week of January, 2024. The Ultimate Luxury Villa has 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bath, + Sleeper Sofa, sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Private Concierge. Enjoy the most spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. (You WILL spot whales breaking the surface!).

Sleeping arrangements include two master bedroom suites with king size beds, private bath and dressing areas, one master bedroom with two queen size beds, private bath and dressing area, a queen size sofa-bed in the downstairs lounge, and a sofa for a child in the upstairs lounge. All linens are provided with daily maid service.

Enjoy 24 hour room service, delivered by your personal Concierge, directly to your villa. Visit the brand new Montecristo Estates clubhouse, with its own restaurant, bar, beautiful outdoor lounge with swimming pool, full service spa, fully equipped fitness centre/gym.

Once you arrive, just pick up the phone, and your Concierge will fill your fridge at your request, from the deli/grocery store. He will book any activity you wish - Cabo has plenty of them: scuba, snorkle, fishing, dinner and sightseeing cruises, whale watching, zip line adventure, swimming with dolphins.

Take a taxi or shuttle 5 minutes into town to shop at the upscale Shopping Centre, or the many vendors selling local treasures. Visit the Hard Rock Cafe, world famous Cabo Wabo Nightclub, Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's, Walmart, Business Depot, incredible food, shopping, activities and nightlife.
